International Orders
At this time, Svelte is able to ship to customers living in the United States and Canada. For customers in Hawaii, Alaska & Canada looking to place an order please contact our Customer Service by emailing info@GoSvelte.com or call us on our toll-free number at 888-410-0504 and select option 2. Please be sure to include your name, area code and the best time to reach you in a message if we are not able to assist you immediately.

Order Processing
Svelte charges sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of California.
Payment for Svelte products can be made by:
PayPal – Visa – American Express – Mastercard – Discover
Orders received between Monday and Friday before 12:00PM PST will be processed the same day. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Overnight orders will be processed for next day delivery, if received by 2:00pm PST.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to shipping, only bank-approved purchases will be processed and shipped.

Order Inquiries
You may view the status of your order history by signing into Your Account and selecting Order History from the selection bar. The Order History page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

Shipping Options & Rates
Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

Standard Service
Complimentary Standard Shipping for all continental U.S. orders totaling $50 or more (excludes Alaska & Hawaii)
For orders less than $50, a flat $4.95 shipping fee is assessed at Checkout.
Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 business day, depending on product availability.
Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
2nd & 3rd Day Service
Delivery prices are automatically calculated based on your zip code and delivery type when you place your order.
Orders shipped via 2nd Day or 3rd Day Service are processed and shipped in 1 business day, depending on product availability.
Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered in 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date
Most orders shipped via 3rd Day Service are delivered in 3-4 business days from the order’s ship date.
2nd/3rd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight Service
Overnight orders placed by 2pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Orders placed after 2PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.
Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Returns
We want you to be excited about your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your GoSvelte.com purchase, please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded.
A Return Authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please email info@GoSvelte.com or call 888-410-0504 to request a Return Authorization. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
Once you have received your Return Authorization, please ship the return to the below address. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Svelte will only provide returns on products purchased from GoSvelte.com. We are not able to take returns on products purchased anywhere but on GoSvelte.com. If you’ve purchased Svelte product(s) through one of our partners’ stores or websites and wish to return it, please return it to the place of purchase.
If you should need further information regarding the return of any GoSvelte.com product, please do not hesitate to call us at 888-410-0504.
Shipping fees are only eligible for a refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by GoSvelte.com or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Once we are in receipt of the return, your refund (minus the original shipping costs) will be credited back to the method of payment used for purchase.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 888-410-0504 or via email at info@gosvelte.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Damaged items will be exchanged for new product.
